Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item you received does not match the item you ordered, you should contact us within 14 days. Please email admin@www.bishoptontoys.co.uk to arrange collection and return. We will pay the shipping costs associated with this and when we receive the goods we will give you the choice of having these replaced with the goods you ordered (assuming they are still available) or we will process a refund via the payment method you used when you placed your order.

If you are returning the item because you no longer want it, the item must be returned to us within 14 days. You must pay the shipping costs associated with the return. Please email us at admin@www.bishoptontoys.co.uk to arrange collection and return. Please note goods can only be returned for this reason if they are returned in the original, unopened packaging. If the goods are returned to us and the packaging is open, or any parts are missing then we shall reserve the right to deduct a proportionate cost from any money owed to you.

In the event of you receiving an item which has suffered damage in transit and this is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note as ‘damaged’. In any event, this damage must be reported to us within 48 ours of delivery and accompanied by photographs. Contact us at admin@www.bishoptontoys.co.uk to arrange collection and return.

If an item develops a manufacturing fault within the period of its warranty, you are entitled to a repair or replacement within the terms of that warranty. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the item to us and will cover the cost of sending you the replacement, where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
